PalperDroneHere I explain, in plain terms, what data I collect, what I use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data I collect
The data you give me when you write to me: name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. When you submit the form, the page you are writing from is also recorded, so I know which service your enquiry refers to. If you contact me by phone, WhatsApp or email, I process the data you give me through those channels.
What I use it for and the legal basis
- Handling your enquiry and sending you a quote. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box and submitting the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request.
- Managing the service if you hire it. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
I do not use your data to send you advertising unless you expressly ask me to.
How long I keep it
For as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, if no business relationship results, I will keep it for a maximum of 12 months. If you hire the service, I will keep it for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards, blocked, for the legal limitation periods.
Who receives your data
I do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To be able to help you, I rely on providers acting as data processors:
- Website hosting and network: a server belonging to the owner and Cloudflare, which handles the network, security and content delivery.
- Receiving form notifications: Telegram.
- Email: Microsoft (Hotmail/Outlook). WhatsApp (Meta) only if you contact me through that channel.
International transfers
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases they rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to palperdrone@hotmail.com and saying what you would like. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. If you believe I have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (aepd.es).
Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you believe a minor has given me data, write to me and I will delete it.
Security
I apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and prevent unauthorised access. The form includes anti-spam measures, and notifications are received through a private channel.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when the way I handle data changes. The current version is the one on this page.
